Sculpt Fitness Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Due to a limited number of spaces available in each session, Sculpt has a 24 hour cancellation policy. For those with a Month or 3 month unlimited package, the cancellation fee is $25. Those with Session packages will lose the one session.
We do not waive cancellation fees. Sorry, no exceptions. If you cancel your reservation within a short time frame it is very hard for us to fill your spot in the class.
If you're late to class, your spot may be given away.. but not because we don't want you there! It is very important to arrive on time. Many clients will drop in to see if someone doesn't show up for their reservation, allowing them to take the space in the class. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled session time, your space will be given to someone who is waiting. And be sure to Sign In so that we know you were present in class. It is also our policy that we do not offer refunds on unused classes.

Getting Started
Getting Started At Sculpt Fitness
Coming to Sculpt for the first time? Here's what you need to know:
Get Signed Up
We want to be a part of your routine. Make sure you have created your online profile with us before your first session. Simply click here to check out our Live Schedule and click "sign up now" next to the session you would like to attend. Next, enter in your email, address, phone number, birthday and credit card information.
Purchase your Sessions
You must purchase sessions before you can reserve a spot in one of our classes. In order to do this, just click the "Purchase" tab on our web site. We accept visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can take your first class for just $25 (select first class in the drop down menu on the purchase screen) at Sculpt in Tanglewood and Sculpt in River Oaks. All sessions are usable at both studio locations.
Reserve Your Spot
You are responsible for booking your own schedule, but we make it very easy though our online scheduling software. Now that you have created an account and purchased your classes, you can make reservations for your sessions. That schedule will tell you which instructor is teaching, at what times, what kind of class it is, and how many spots are open in that class. While walkins are allowed, only those who have reserved a space online are guaranteed a spot in the class.
Wait List
To add yourself to a wait list, simply click "sign up now" next to a class even if the session is full. You will be added to the session when someone in the class cancels their reservation. Once you are added, you will receive a wait list notification email, meaning you were automatically added to the session and You are CONFIRMED for the session. Unless you go online and cancel your reservation, we are preparing to see you!
All cancellation fees apply to wait listed sessions, so please check your email if you are waiting for a class. If you choose to wait list for more than one session, you MUST keep track of your schedule. Once added ot a class, you need to cancel out other sessions you have wait listed for that day. We are not responsible for clients who are added to more than one session per day. We're pretty on top of things but how can we possibly manage all of your schedules on our own?
To Remove yourself from the wait list, just click "my Info" followed by "my schedule". Then click "wait list" in the top right corner and cancel all appropriate sessions. Do this as soon as you know you can no longer attend the session-the next person on the wait list will thank you for that.
Other Things to Know
Cell Phone Policy: We'd love for you to give your cell phone a rest for 50-60 minutes; however we understand that you have other things going on. If you need to take a call or keep your cell close by, just keep it on hush hush mode and work out in a place where you can leave easily, if needed. Taking calls? cool. Chit chatting with your neighbor? Not cool. All we ask for is a little RESPECT.
Children: Honestly, we'd love to meet your adorable little ones, but due to safety concerns, we cannot allow children to stay in the studio while class is in session. It is not safe to have little hands near the machines or to have clients distracted while they are in poses that require concentration and balance.
Sharing Sessions: that is so nice of you! But, no, you cannot share sessions with your friends or family members. Each person that comes to clsses needs to have a separate online profile and a separate package due to safety and liability reasons. If you want to have the same credit card on your online profile as your significant other's that is easy to do. Just purchase a package under your name and store that card, then purchase a package under their name and sore the card.
Calling the Studio: Don't hate on the pumping music. That is what makes our workouts fun and different. When sessions are going on it can be hard to answer the phone. Also, we don't always have someone manning the front desk. For an immediate response, send an email to heather@studiosculpt.com.
Age Requirements: Our workout is designed for all ages and fitness levels- we have 18 year olds and 70 + year olds in the same classes. If you're under 18 you will probably need a parent signed waiver to participate in the class, and it's probably best if we meet you and your parent first, possibly in a private session to determine your capabilities and modifications. we'll help you be sure to listen to your body and go at your own pace.
Multiple classes a day: You workout fiend you.. but yes you can take more than one class per day is you are on a session only package. If you are in the month unlimited package then no unless you want to buy an additional class for the day.
Refunds: It is our policy that we do not offer refunds on any unused classes, packages, or training sessions.

What's New at Sculpt fitness
There are so many choices at Sculpt Fitness and a workout for everyone. At the Tanglewood location we have our signature SPX Sculpt pilates class, Pilates Plus, Spinning and pilates, TRX, Booty Barre, Core Cuts and the Sculpt Challenge.
The SPX pilates class is an intense class on the proformer, created by Sebastien Lagree, that overloads the muscles by working multiple muscles at one time and burns more calories by keeping constant tension on the muscles with little or no rest in between. The workout is very time efficient, develops core strength faster, stimulates body and balance coordination better and is effective when it comes to seeing results. You thought you had been sore before? Well try this workout. Even experienced exercisers experience extreme fatigue after this class. And it is always great to feel muscles working that you didn't know you had.
Pilates Plus is basically SPX with a few more traditional pilates movements thrown into the workout. It is still an excellent workout but not as intense as the SPX class.
TRX is a suspension trainer that is anchored from the wall and allows the user hundreds of exercises utilizing the person's bodyweight and leveraging gravity. What is great about the workout is that anyone can do it. Whether you are just starting out or an avid fitness enthusiast, the TRX will challenge you. It is a fun workout so it keeps things interesting. Exercising is not always fun but with this tool you are totally engrossed as there is always a new challenge.
Booty Barre should I say more? Everyone wants a better booty....
Core Cuts and Iron Booty is also a favorite class at Sculpt. We use the kettlebells to condition the body and work the core. We also use the ballet barre to get even more booty work. The proformer is also utilized in this workout. Never a dull moment.
To totally finish yourself off after a long week at work, there is the Sculpt Challenge on Saturdays from 9-10:30. We have 3, yes 3 instructors to torture and torment you through spinning, SPX, TRX and more....
